Description of the Publication
| This new peer-reviewed journal, has an urgent and compelling
mandate. The journal will be the central forum for doctors, nurses, and
allied healthcare providers; administrators; policymakers; and legislators
to advance the health of minority populations.
Coverage will include cutting-edge research and clinical
papers on the disparity of health care outcomes; education, training, and
cultural competence for health care providers; and genetic, psychological,
and socioeconomic factors that need to be understood and addressed to advance
the goal of eliminating health disparities.
The journal will address balancing and broadening research
priorities; the steps necessary to recruit subjects from diverse backgrounds
into clinical research protocols; and the best clinical care for all patients
in varied healthcare and wellness settings.

| Ads must be submitted either as QuarkXPress files with art images in
TIFF format or Adobe Photoshop files with art images in EPS format. |
| Files can be submitted via e-mail to achin@liebertpub.com. Files can
also be sent on CD-ROM, floppy or Zip disks. |
| All art must be high-resolution 300 dpi or higher. Please supply all
fonts in 4C (CMYK). |
| Advertisers must submit a hardcopy or a PDF file showing the final
layout of the ad. |
| If a color proof is not supplied, there will be an additional charge.
If electronic files require additional work, a production charge will be
added. |
| Trim size: 8½" x 11". For bleed pages, allow an extra ¼"
all around (minimum 8¾" x 11¼" untrimmed). Live material
should be at least 3/16" from trim. |
