Citation Introduces InfoPac®
the Expanded Content Label for Clinical Trials

September 18, 2000 Farmingdale, NY,

Citation Clinical Labeling Systems recently announced the addition of the InfoPac®
Expanded Content Label (ECL) to their product line.

Since receiving their first label patent in 1993, Citation has delivered the latest in technology for their clinical trial customers. InfoPac® is the patented Expanded Content Label manufactured by Tursso Companies, Inc.

Faced with growing clinical trial expenses on the part of their customers, and the FDA constantly changing and increasing the amount of information required on clinical trial drugs, Citation found the solution with InfoPac®.

A few of the features of this new product include:
-Up to forty-four pages of content
-Patented touch-and-seal (TM) closure
-Wide range of sizes and shapes available
-Booklet or Leaflet construction

Because Citation's InfoPac® labels are produced and supplied in roll form, they can be automatically applied, eliminating the need for secondary visual inspections required by the FDA for printed materials not supplied in roll form.

After some research Citation discovered there were as many packaging sizes are there are new drugs. Fortunately, InfoPac® offers Citation's customers a wide range of sizes and shapes. All available with either touch-and seal or tear-open for single-use applications.

It's no secret to Citation or their customers, overseas clinical trials are increasing at a dramatic rate. InfoPac® reduces the chance of labeling mistakes by incorporating all the multi-lingual critical information on one InfoPac® label.

Regarding the addition of InfoPac® to their product line, Richard Bolnick, President of Citation remarked, “We knew we had to offer our customers a solution to the growing problem of limited label space. Now with InfoPac® our customers can meet the challenges of the clinical trial business into next century with one less concern. We will continue to lead the industry by focusing on helping our customers find solutions to their clinical drug labeling problems”
