DESCRIPTION
Target physicians with actual prescribing data at the therapeutic
class or product level, by decile or quintile,
with turnaround time on count requests and list orders unmatched by any
other vendor. Prescribing data is collected via independent sources to
obtain data that is not available from the AMA (actual prescribing behavior
for over 94% of U.S. prescribers for all retail prescription products based
on 1.8 billion actual prescriptions) via over 34,000 pharmacy terminals.
You can use this information to target high prescribers of products
in specific therapeutic classes or of specific products. Applications include
pharmaceutical product marketing, CME promotion, controlled circulation,
market research. The data are especially useful when trying to target prescribers
who treat specific diseases or conditions. For example, you can identify
prescribers who treat diabetes by selecting those who prescribe prescription
drugs in the Diabetes therapeutic class.
